Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Coach Gunza values your time and commitment to your fitness goals. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: 1. Cancellation Notice Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time in cases of serious or unavoidable circumstances. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of that session. 2. Rescheduling Policy If you cancel within the allowed window, you may reschedule your session within the same calendar week (Monday–Sunday), subject to availability. If the appointment falls on a Sunday, or if no available slots remain within the same week, the session cannot be carried over and will be forfeited. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the loss of that session. 4. Trainer Cancellations In the rare event that your trainer needs to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled session at your convenience. 5. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
